“ We arrived at Pollo Tropical around 11 PM, not expecting much since it was so late—but we were pleasantly surprised! The manager Fidelina greeted us warmly and made us feel truly welcome, which really stood out. Despite the late hour, the food was incredibly fresh and flavorful—like it had just been made to order. The atmosphere was also amazing: the music playing in the background was beautiful and created such a relaxing vibe. On top of that, the entire restaurant was spotless, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, we had a fantastic late-night visit and will definitely be coming back! ”

“ Absolutely 5 stars! I recently visited Pollo Tropical and ordered the chicken quesadilla wrap, but unfortunately, they were out of my favorite POYO POYO sauce. No big deal though, because the manager noticed my dog and, as a kind gesture, gave us a free chicken breast for him. I have to say, that chicken breast was perfection! We shared it, and wow, it was hands down the best chicken I’ve ever had. It was juicy, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor. The manager’s thoughtful action truly made my day, and the chicken was simply divine. Let me shake that cooks hand haha, I’ll definitely be back! ”

“ For a fast food style restaurant, I really like this place. It surprises me that their reviews are so low. I think their food is good and taste good and priced very well. I had s 1/4 chicken with black beans and rice with two sauces of my choice for less than eight dollars. How great is that? I asked for water and they gave me a regular size cup with ice and water and not a small cup as most restaurants sometimes do. I ate indoors because the drive through was way too long. The inside was clean and comfortable with a simple atmosphere. I will definitely return here. ”
